Welcome to the Springbrook/Summerbrook community website. Please keep in mind that the board is here to serve the owners on a volunteer basis and devote their time to making our community a better place to live. If for some reason you have a complaint, suggestion (and hopefully a resolution) , and/or some time to volunteer, then we would love to have you on the board or on one of our volunteer committees. Being a new community, we always need volunteers to help assist with the facilities, planting flowers, dressing as the Easter Bunny, or whatever other skills you might be able to put to good use. Every dime we don't have to spend on an electrician, a lawyer, or a clean-up crew not only saves us all money, but gives us the sense of pride knowing we gave back to the community and helped make the neighborhood a better place to live . |
